These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the betndt online gaming platform ("Platform" or "Site"). When you create an account on betndt or use the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may create only one account.
• The name, date of birth and contact information provided when creating an account must be accurate.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.
• If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account, whether authorised or not — unless you immediately notify the betndt support team.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

betndt reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age and payment method at any time. Certain account features may be restricted until verification is complete. Withdrawals may be withheld if the required documents are not provided.

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on betndt and participate in any gaming activity. Providing a false age at registration may result in the account and all deposited funds being forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

4.3 VIP Program

The betndt VIP program has 5 tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (all methods).

• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• betndt reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots or automated software.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
• Attempting to access platform code or data without authorisation.
• Using a third party's identity or payment method.

7.1 Collaborative Betting

Any attempt to gain a strategic advantage by coordinating across multiple accounts will also be considered a prohibited activity.

All content on the betndt platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, brand names and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betndt. Reproducing, distributing or using any of it without written permission is strictly prohibited.

All content belonging to third-party game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft and JILI — is protected under their respective intellectual property policies.

betndt makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, betndt will not be liable in the following situations:

• If a game or betting session is disrupted due to internet connection or device issues.
• Errors arising from third-party services (payment providers, game developers).
• Unexpected technical failures or force majeure situations.
• Losses resulting from a failure of the user's own account security.

9.1 Service Availability

Although betndt strives to provide round-the-clock service, brief interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen reasons. betndt is not liable for any loss during such periods.

A user may request to close their account at any time. In that case, any balance remaining (subject to applicable conditions being met) will be eligible for withdrawal.

10.1 Account Suspension or Closure by betndt

betndt may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or forgery.
• Participation in prohibited activities (see Section 7).
• Creating an account with false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the balance may be returned. However, if closed due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions, betndt reserves the right to forfeit deposits and bonuses.
